I would like to greet you all as a friend and as a creator of Phalanx. Many thanks to all of you for your comments, bug reports, and suggestions! You have helped us produce a client for everyone to use and enjoy. That being said, I have wonderful news! We are currently preparing Phalanx for it's big debut! We are steadily approaching the time where we will start pushing it to the streets, generating new users for our online community through advertising, public relations, and marketing. We have recently hired Abelardo Ojeda of Evg3, a freelance designer who is working on our new and improved BHlabs website. We are aiming for a more professional look, that will retain an elegant impression, and make users feel more at-ease navigating our site. The new Phalanx theme/design will also match the look of our new website. We're anticipating a new, more flexible design that will allow even more user customization of the interface. This is one of the big steps we are taking to assure that the software is ready for the big launch.

Things are moving along rather well, but with a little help from the community, things will go even faster. Lately, donations have slowed, but we've been funding the project as much as we possibly can... so please... if you can donate anything, it will greatly help our team who is actively working on the project, advertising for Phalanx, and getting the client ready for the full release and launch. To those of you who have already donated, your contributions are greatly appreciated. Your donations are what will help us bring Phalanx to the next stage of its life, generate new users, and strengthen our community as a whole.
